Christina graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws, and went on to pursue her interest in Intellectual Property Law by completing a Master’s degree from Queen Mary University of London in December 2018. For her Master’s dissertation, she researched the copyright implications of user-generated and user-found content on social media, in particular, proposing adaptations to the copyright defences which would allow for socially beneficial online activity to persist, without the threat of legal challenge.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK, Christina is fluent in English and Cantonese. Since joining Albright in November 2018, Christina has been involved in the drafting, filing and general prosecution of Trade Marks.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys playing and listening to music, travelling, cooking and baking.
