I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel Weston on what initially... seemed like a minor IPO issue, but it evolved into a comprehensive co-existence agreement with another company. I can’t express enough how much I valued Joel’s expertise, depth of knowledge, and meticulous guidance throughout this process. It was more than just legal advice; for me, it was akin to an enlightening crash course in IP law!read more

Celtic Manor Charity Golf

by | Sep 14, 2012

Albright Patents LLP were very pleased to support the Willans Solicitor’s charity golf event at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales, close to the United Kingdom Patent Office.

The charity golf event was in aid of Cobalt and raised in excess of £2,000.

The event took place over 18 holes on the Montgomerie International Course, followed by a raffle and auction in support of Cobalt.

Albright Patents LLP entered a team of four, comprising one of our LLP Partners, Adrian Hocking (centre left), Chris Catford of GoKart producing innovative golf trolley solutions (centre right), Simon Bradbeer (right) of Gatic specialising in innovative access covers and drainage solutions, and Peter Rycraft (left) of Rycraft Associates providing professional patent illustration services.

The day was immensly enjoyable, and Albright is pleased to have contributed to the amount raised. We would also like to thank Chris, Simon and Peter for their involvement with the Albright team.
